Sales Executive | Director of PartnershipsOne of the most significant roleplayers at Tava, and key to our endeavor to make therapy normal is the Account Executive. Were not just looking for a salesperson, but an evangelist who will change the narrative around mental health and make this transformation a reality.Tava Health is a full-stack mental health platform, giving employers the opportunity to offer the unique benefit of comprehensive mental health care to their employees. This model enables all employees to receive the care they require.We are looking for strategic sales leaders that can persuasively communicate the value of mental health benefits in a clear, compassionate, and concise way. We are building a team from the ground up and will need self-starting, creative, and passionate team members to join as we improve the cost, quality, and access of mental health resources to our partners and customers.As a Director of Partnerships at Tava you will:Strategically manage the sales process from the first contact to negotiating and closing contracts Turn over every rock to discover sales leads through regular email and phone prospecting to create a healthy pipeline of opportunitiesDevelop relationships with health insurance brokers, executives, and other decision-makers Become a mental health expert to consult partner companies on the value of investing in the emotional well-being of their employeesConduct product demos and close dealsAdvocate for the customer by voicing feedback to our Product and Operations teams in order to continually refine our offerings to best meet customer needs Create reliable sales forecasts and strive to exceed sales targets Open up new industries and geographic markets to expand the reach of Tavas missionWho you are:A passionate and compassionate individual who cares deeply about improving mental healthcare and the lives of othersA natural relationship builder who is comfortable communicating with people in all positions from gatekeepers to executivesA perceptive listener who understands and meets client needsA competitor with a deeply ingrained desire to succeed and the work ethic to matchA highly organized and detail-oriented person with a knack for time management and process improvementA crisp communicator with impressive presentation and negotiation abilitiesA capable entrepreneur who thrives in a startup environmentA humble and down to earth person who puts the team before their ego and is open to feedback and coachingYour qualifications:1-3 years of sales experience in an outbound B2B environmentExperience with consultative selling and The Challenger Sale modelA proven track record of success prospecting and closing new businessExperience with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management toolsFamiliarity with the health insurance landscape and selling to HR or Benefits leadersThe person we hire will help shape our sales processes and in turn the future of Tava.
