Prepares, processes, and issues vital records and documents for

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant
must pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent
mandatory background checks in accordance with current County Human
Resources policy requirements.
It is mandatory that all new hires receive the Tdap (Tetanus,

cashiering duties and prepares daily cash reports.
- Performs billing and accounts receivable functions to funeral
homes and documentation submittal to internal finance group.
Insures that all certified paper numbers are properly recorded
within the designated software systems.
- Assists clients in preparation, processing, and notarizing
affidavits or declaration of paternity forms for mail or walk-in
clients; receives and records adoptions and court orders from the
State; coordinates the exchange of affidavit information between
the Utah Bureau of Vital Records and the Department .
