Position Summary: The Client Coordinator assists Account Manager, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated group of clients or book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration, and sales.
What will you be doing?

  • Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis as advised
  • Provide support to local GBS office by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and directed
  • Support the Client Service Cycle to ensure a flawless renewal process and retain the business
  • Study and apply Gallagher's resources, available tools, established work products and knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables with oversight from experienced team members
  • Assist Client Service Manager with the preparation of RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and support the development of client presentations
  • Ensure timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partners
How will you affect the business?
  • Contribute in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high quality and timely manner
  • Support business activity, such as handling new business applications, compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards
  • Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure your compliance to standards and service level
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems
  • Use Gallagher's technology to improve your efficiency and quality
  • Optimally balance multiple competing priorities
Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 1 or more years of related experience
Desired:
  • Appropriate license

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.   • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
