Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

In this role, you will act as an Implementation and Project Manager, leading a set of client engagements with end-to-end responsibility including the planning, scope, requirements, schedule, communication, and risk. You will also be responsible for customer management; acting as the single point of contact representing ProIQ from project kick-off through closure. You will work with clients in gathering and documenting engagements requirements and communicate the same with the delivery teams. You will also develop and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external), as well as ensure actions and key deliverables are met and are kept within the defined scope. You also play an important role in identifying opportunities to develop, retain, and expand client accounts.

You will have phenomenal project management experience and business acumen to drive client implementations and deliverables as well as expansions and retention. In this role, you will work with our fantastic clients and join ProIQ in disrupting the candidate attraction and recruiting industry. Essential Functions

  • Manage end-to-end responsibility for client engagements from planning, scoping, requirements, schedule, communication, delivery, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients while bringing in relevant technical experts as needed
  • Take a strategic approach to the client portfolio to create a plan for retention and growth while strengthening the overall customer relationship
  • Collaborate with the ProIQ team to ensure client deliverables are assigned, completed and delivered
  • Understand the business and business vertical of the customer to drive expansion
  • Become the “insider” to understand the internal environment of the customer
  • Help put the customer in a winning situation through value realization
  • Drive maximum value for all customers in all segments
  • Work cross functionally with the Hire Velocity team when there are opportunities to introduce them to ProIQ’s client base
  • Sell the success of our engagements by sharing updates in town halls and team meetings
  • Accountable to treat all team members in a professional manner, and responsible for ensuring adherence to Hire Velocity’s Mission and Values by providing best in class candidate service

 

Education and Professional Requirements

  • At least 3 years in account management, project management, and/or implementation at a recruiting firm or marketing agency; bonus points for experience in both recruiting and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Lifecycles
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Goal & detail oriented, structured, process led, with an analytical mindset
  • Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
  • Demonstrated success with retention and growth of customers
  • PMP / PMI / Scrum Certifications will be an added advantage
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, the ability to dive deeper and ask questions to enhance customer intimacy
  • Relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to project manage larger workstreams at the same time as multi-tasking many plays that are on the go
  • Strong verbal and written communications

Expectations and Hours of Work

  • This role is expected to work in ProIQ’s office in the greater Salt Lake City area.
  • Days/Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT or as business needs dictate; occasion early morning/evening and weekend work to meet deadlines and interact with candidate/clients in different time zones may be required
