The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI),
Community Collaboration and Engagement Team (CCET) is seeking a
dynamic individual who will join our team and help coordinate and
manage project timelines across various stakeholders. We seek
someone who has experience and a passion for working with diverse
communities and has skills in the areas of organization, processes,
and timelines. The Project Coordinator will be able to multitask
and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines and demonstrate the
ability to make the best decisions under pressure from clients on
various projects in different stages of completion. This position
requires a team player who possesses excellent leadership and
listening skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and
exceptional people skills. Leadership and management experience is

- Oversees daily program operations and coordinates program
- Develops and implements program goals and objectives.
- Monitors program quality, effectiveness and implements
- Completes reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with team members the timely completion of
- Ensures budget goals are met.
- Collaborates with multiple individuals and community members to
schedule events, focus groups/engagement sessions, team meetings,
workshops, seminars, and other program related functions.
- May assign, direct and review work of support staff.
- Must have own transportation and current driver's license. Some

make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and
organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are

relationships and talking with individuals and groups in sensitive
situations. Experience leading and facilitating groups and/or
