Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer. This position
will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based
Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This role may offer a
competitive relocation assistance package.As a Systems Engineer on
this team, you will support a team of engineers to define, develop,
decompose, analyze, verify, and validate requirements for weapon
system. In this role, you will be supporting program leadership and
the customer to define and maintain the technical baseline.
Ultimately, you will support the program through maturity and
milestones to achieve the mission by ensuring teams are aware of
the compliance requirements they will need to meet.Candidates
should be highly motivated engineers who can work both
independently and in team environments.What you'll get to
do:Define, manage, and track requirement decomposition through our
requirements database.Interface with multiple teams to help define
successful processes and make recommendations for how to
adapt.Define metrics and help gather information to report up to
leadership on the status of requirements flow-down.Provide

is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour
day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll
bring these qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline from an ABET
accredited universityA minimum of 2 years of related engineering
experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a Master's and 0 yearsAn
Active Secret Security Clearance or higherThese qualifications
would be nice to have:Familiarity with IBM Rational Dynamic Object
Oriented Requirement System (DOORS)Experience with Agile
developmentKnowledge of systems engineering principles and
processesExcellent decision making and communication (written and
oral) skillsDemonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts
and approaches#GBSDsystemsSalary Range: $71,100 USD - $106,700
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
