to invite you to become a host for our students at the Clearfield
Job Corps Center. - You will work in the dormitories with the
students while they are out of class. - The majority of our
students range in age from 16 to 24 and live on campus.Benefits
Include -3 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks earned sick leave and 11
holidays per year for full time and part time employees working at
least 20 hours per week; company paid life insurance and long term

vested from the first day the company matches any money.Shifts
Available: - Full Time Swing Shift - Monday to Wednesday 3:30 pm to
12:30 am and Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am to 3:30 pmPart Time (32
Hours Per Week) Swing Shift - Thursday to Sunday 3:30 pm to 12:30
amFull Time Graveyard Shift - Wednesday to Sunday Midnight to 8:00
amPart Time (32 Hours Per Week) Graveyard Shift - Saturday to
Tuesday Midnight to 8:00 amStarting Pay: - $15.50 per hour with
opportunities for growth and advancementEducation & Experience
Requirements: - -High school diploma or GED, experience working
with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and
a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Some of
the Responsibilities: - Provide proper guidance to students that
foster positive group living relations, student retention,
satisfaction and achievement in the program. Create positive peer
leadership role modeling techniques within the dorm. Direct dorm
activities and assist with recreational activities for students on
and off center. Monitor dormitories to ensuring safety and proper
behavior of students. Help students resolve potential or occurring
problems. Some paperwork. -Since 1981, MTC has provided education
and training to hundreds of thousands of young people preparing
them to find quality jobs and become contributing members of their
communities. This training is provided through the U.S. Department
of Labor's Job Corps program. MTC is the largest operator of Job
Corps providing training at 23 centers in 17 states and the
