Kilgore Companies is now hiring for Regional Site Managers. In this position you will be responsible for managing all operational activities at the mine site including:Job Responsibilities:

• Health and Welfare of all personnel in the plant area and ensuring the site meets or exceeds MSHA Standards
• Maintenance logs
• Production logs
• Timecards
• Inspection, maintenance and repair of ALL equipment
• MSHA and Company required plant reporting
• Operation of equipment
• Site observations
• Safety Observations
• Environmental Observations
• SWPP
• SPCC
• FDPP
• Production Expectations-Meet or Enhance
• Scheduled Uptime
• Scheduled Operating Efficiency
• Scheduled Labor costs
• Maintenance costsOther Requirements
  • This position requires knowledge and awareness of mining and construction site hazards.
  • Required to use protective gear and to take other precautions when in or near a mining/construction site.
  • Must be able to effective use computerized equipment and technology.
  • Ability to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision making.Required Skills:
    • Extensive Knowledge and understanding of the aggregate mining process.
    • Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites programs.
    • Possess excellent communication skills to include both written and oral.
    • Knowledge and understanding of modern purchasing and procurement practices.
    • Strong understanding of quality control systems and processes to eliminate defective products.
