As a professional driver with Bay & Bay, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  Compensation:
  
  • 6-11 months experience - $.55/mile
    
  • Starting pay is $0.55/mile with 1 or more years of experience
    
  • 2 years with same carrier $0.58/mile
