Job Description: The doTERRA Healing Hands (dHH) Impact Specialist supports doTERRA's global philanthropic efforts in connection with doTERRA Healing Hands and the doTERRA Co-Impact sourcing (CIS) team. This role will take primary responsibility for researching best practices and qualified opportunities in sourcing regions in connection with the doTERRA sourcing team, data collection on social impact projects, and report back findings to the Social Impact Senior Manager. Once projects are completed, this role will be responsible for sharing specific communications and marketing content with the doTERRA Healing Hands marketing team to support CIS/dHH joint story-telling and marketing efforts to meet doTERRA "Reasons to Believe" campaigns. Job Responsibilities:

• doTERRA Healing Hands and Co-Impact Sourcing Integration
• Develop a deep and clear understanding of both dHH and CIS sufficient to help the teams integrate.
• Research opportunities for social impact projects in sourcing regions for the greater CIS integrated team and reporting to the doTERRA Philanthropy Social Impact Senior Manager to support Co-impact Sourcing objectives
• Offer support to the strategic alignment of doTERRA Healing Hands and doTERRA Sourcing for Co-impact Sourcing impact goals
• Corporate Communication
• Communicate regularly and effectively to both the sourcing team and dHH
• Create regular written reports/presentations to update dHH/CIS teams highlighting progress on goals, objectives, projects and initiatives.
• Lead bi-monthly dHH/CIS coordinating meetings
• Be the primary sharer of communications and marketing material to meet the doTERRA goals of sharing "Reasons to Believe" in connection with Co-impact Sourcing.

• Track project approval process to ensure projects are approved in a timely manner

• Create content for marketing/fundraising assets for WA utilization
• Curate impact data/stories for dHH quarterly impact report
• Utilize appropriate communication channels to share impact with WAs
• Wellness Advocate Support system creation
• Support the development of duplicatable systems/programs for WAs to adopt/support select CIS social impact projects Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, public administration, communications, or a related field
  • Desire to work on a global impact platform with skills to support international teams
  • Experience in developing marketing tools
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
  • Ability to develop and see projects through to fruition
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills
  • Experience or education in global development and/or nonprofit organizations
