Job Overview:The Solution Specialist role is perfect for a forward-thinking events-orientated person, one who thrives in a fast-paced event services delivery environment. Offering on-the-job training where you'll be exposed to all facets of the event supplier industry from registration software implementation, website design to delivering virtual and on-site events complemented by event mobile technologies. Learn how to understand our customer's event-based workflow and align their requirements with our software functionality. Responsibilities:

• Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
• Understand and interpret client event briefs and digital requirements
• Provide consultation to our clients on best practices for Aventri solutions
• Configure, deliver and maintain event websites, registration sites, online surveys, email campaigns, virtual and onsite event builds on behalf of clients using Aventri solutions
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production and delivery process
• Configure, support and maintain client's event mobile applications for events
• Provide online support and session facilitation for online Virtual Events hosted on the Aventri platform
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in budget
• Ability to deliver single-stream projects autonomously, serving as the main point of internal and client contact for the duration of the project
• Up to 25% travel per year to deliver Aventri solutions onsite at client events

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Technically competent with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2+ years' experience working within a within a professional customer focused office environment
