Short Job Description The ideal Rental Coordinator oversees contract preparation, machine transportation, customer support, and is a liaison between the Service and Sales Departments. Responsibilities Communicate with shop about when machines are needed for upcoming projects Prepare rental contracts and ensure customers have proper insurance Prepare rental and freight invoices Communicate with customers regarding equipment orders and billing questions Provide sales support Requirements Valid driver's license Associates degree or at least 2 years of applicable experience Skilled use of computers; including Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with no direct supervision Benefits Our benefits after full-time hire include: Medical and dental w/flex spending account 401K Paid vacation Flexible scheduling Team engagement
