We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Admissions Advisor to join
our team at Joyce University. In this role, you'll be responsible
in the recruitment and enrollment of qualified students. The
Admission Advisor is an important role at Joyce, leading the
enrollment efforts of potential students with their superior
customer service skills and professionalism through communication

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Manage the consultation of potential
students using your sales background - Communicate in a timely
manner with prospective students through personal contact over the
phone, email, or text; keep appointments with the prospective
students - Build rapport and professional relationships with
prospective students to determine career goals and program fit and
to assist through the enrollment process - Show excellent
communication skills in working one on one or a group setting - Be
accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes and meet
conversion rate goals at the direction of Admissions leadership -
Tour prospective students and/or groups through campus - Interviews
prospective students and completes enrollment paperwork in an
accurate and timely manner - Maintain accurate data in the CRM -
Follow up with prospective students to ensure completion of the
necessary forms and documentation for enrollment
