Job DescriptionJob Description:Bucked up is looking for a detail oriented, well organized, buyer and inventory management specialist located at our headquarters in American Fork, Utah. This individual will manage vendor relationships, identify and procure best pricing, assist in inventory and component data setup, and assure on-time delivery of inventory to 3rd party vendors for manufacturing. Responsibilities will be varied and may involve our beverage, apparel, and supplement lines.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying the organizations purchasing needs
• Researching, selecting, and purchasing quality products and materials
• Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales
• Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
• Updating inventory and managing stock levels
• Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
• Understanding the target market and analyzing trends to make informed buying decisions
• Coordinating with inventory team, management, and warehouse
• Monitoring the stock quality and escalating any discrepancies to suppliers and managementQualifications:Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processesAdvanced working experience with ExcelPrevious purchasing experienceOutstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKeen on working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle time sensitive workAbility to solve problems while being tactful and calmAdditional Information:· Pay is Salary, $65k-$70k - DOE· Full time schedule· Insurance benefits are available for eligible full-time employees.
