Administrator for our Main Office.

We are looking for qualified candidates to handle a wide variety of
situations involving the administrative and customer relations
functions of the office and guest experience areas. This position
will be a focal point representing the company by providing a
welcoming and professional experience for all visitors, customers,
and employees. Responsibilities include:
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, notifies company
host, and directs to the appropriate waiting area or conference
room. Acts as point of contact for all visitors using professional
discretion and tact.
Schedules meetings and appointments for executives and visitors in
appropriate conference rooms, and guest experience areas. Provides
updates and reminders as needed; maintains master corporate visit
and meeting calendars. Responsible for conference rooms schedules,
prioritizing meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts
Coordinates in-house refreshments or food and beverages for catered
meetings and events. Responsible for sourcing food and beverage
vendors and caterers, room set up, and event planning and
Maintains security and telecommunication system within office area
following standard operating procedures, monitors visitor logbook,
issues temporary visitor badges and access.
Responsible for performing administrative tasks within an office
setting to support daily operations and provide assistance to the
executive team to include answering calls, scheduling appointments,
providing information, routing calls to appropriate persons and
places for outgoing calls in order to follow up on appointments and
Associates Degree in Business preferred with at least 5 years'
related experience or a combination of experience and training.
Preference is given to those with an executive level administrative
assistant, customer relations or similar role.
PTO and Holidays
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility to manage and
coordinate in-house catered meetings and events that may be outside
your normal working hours.
