Job DescriptionSalary: $13/hour We're looking for a driven, self-sufficient, hard worker to join our retail team. • Proactively solves problems and doesn't wait to be told what to doScheduleThree shifts available - (minimum 24 hours each week up to full time)1. 8 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday + 1-2 Saturdays per month)2. 12:30p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday + 1-2 Saturdays per month)3. 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday + 1-2 Saturdays per month)at our American Fork, Utah Retail StoreResponsibilities
  • Keep the stock room organized so we have the best selling inventory available to restock the store to optimize store sales
  • Pull items for online orders and communicate with our shipping warehouse consistently
  • Serve customers by communicating when their orders are ready for pickup
  • Process & prepare inventory to restock the store
  • Restock store displays with product
  • Help with monthly store display resets after the store is closed
  • Communicate with our team to keep the stock room cleaned and inventory organized
  • Communicate with our purchasing team about inventory that is low stock or out of stock so we can repurchase and restock those items at our store
  • Communicate when back stock should be sent from the warehouse to replenish the store and what quantities of items are needed or not needed to utilize the stock room storage space we have
  • Work with our team to finish processing and preparing other items for display
  • Maintain item back stock and organization (includes updating the store drawer chart and making sure team knows where back stock items are)
  • Help manage and maintain correct inventory levels through inventory cycle counts
  • Greeting customers & helping them with basic needs
