This position will be a hybrid schedule and will be required to live in or nearby the listed posting location (Salt Lake City, UT) ***Hours: Tuesday - Saturday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Mountain Time or Sunday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm Mountain Time - *** In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a small portfolio of customers
  • Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
  • Oversee overall customer experience
  • Produce loan reports and forms related to initiation of the documentation process
  • Assist in financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolio
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
      • Treasury Management experience
      • Customer service experience with Wells Fargo channels Contact Center, Digital or Store
      • Commercial credit card experience
      • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
      • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
      • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
      • Strong data entry and attention to detail skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
