Job Description:

Top venture-backed tech startups -- our clients - are seeking driven and self-motivated Business -Development Reps and Sales Development Reps -(BDRs / SDRs) looking to jump start or further develop their tech careers. This role offers the coaching and support of world-class -mentors and -builds the foundation for a successful field sales career or leadership path. -Based on your preferences, some roles are fully remote while others may be in-office or hybrid opportunities -(ex. 2-3 days per week in-office). -Responsibilities:

  • Research, qualify, and convert prospective customers to booked sales appointments
  • Discuss customers' challenges and suggest -relevant company products/solutions
  • Remain highly organized around sales metrics and -be self-motivated to generate pipeline
  • Strategically introduce the company's products/services to new marketsRequirements:
    • Prior experience cold-calling / prospecting / selling -is a plus (but not strictly required)
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Strong written and -verbal communication -skills
