You will work closely with Marketing managers to support initiatives in Customer Experience, Product, Sales and more!**What you'll be doing**--- The Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for setting up projects in our project workflow system, resource planning, communications, managing changes to the project scope and partnering with various teams to executive initiatives - including Creative Services, Compliance/Legal, Marketing management, Sales/Distribution and Product.--- Ensuring the timely creation and execution of digital content, campaigns, internal/external communications and marketing collateral that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business line goals.--- Partnering across multiple teams to ensure marketing collateral and content is accurate, compelling and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, and that it optimizes awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services.--- Ensuring that complex Group Protection Marketing collateral complies with all applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with both Compliance and Legal teams.**What we're looking for**Must-haves: - 1-3+ years experience in marketing and/or project management - Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - 4-year bachelor's degreeNice-to-haves: - Financial services or insurance industry experience - Experience with Workfront and Seismic technology platforms**What's it like to work here?**At Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do.
