hr Schedules (Mountain Time) Hours A M&T 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, W 8
AM - 12:30 PM 20 B M&T 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 16 C W 12:30 PM - 4:30
PM, Th&F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 20 D W&Th&F 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM 24 Job Description:--- Answer promptly to inbound calls from
patients/insurance companies regarding billing questions.---
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring
answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions;
escalating unresolved issues.--- Gathers and enters patient
information into hospital host systems--- Escalate high complexity
billing issues for resolution to a supervisor. --- Negotiate
payments and payment plans with patients.--- Place outbound phone
calls to initiate arrangements for patients to pay their
medical/hospital bills --- Utilizes all chat, email and phone-based
resources to solve complex issues for patients/callersMust have
Skills:
- Customer service
- Call centerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- High School
diploma or equivalent. --- 2 years customer service experience. ---
Excellent customer service skills exhibiting good oral and written
communication skills. --- Moderate computer skills (internet,
email, MS Office)Experience Level:Entry Level If Interested please
