Please note, this position is located at Solitude Mountain Resort in Solitude, UT Seasonal JOB TITLE: Room Attendant DIVISION: Lodging REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper LOCATION: Lodging- INN/SRL CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/Part-Time / Year-Round/ Seasonal/ Hourly POSITION: Solitude is on lookout for someone who thrives in the hospitality industry and delivers outstanding customer service. Our room attendants provide exceptional customer service while cleaning all assigned rooms and supplying them with the required amenities. This is an essential role for our resort to provide guests with the best recreational and hospitality service possible. We want to take care of our guests and make sure report all damage and missing items immediately along with any suspicious activity when doing your assigned work. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude's standardsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to multitask, prioritize and address issues accordinglyCapable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.Previous experience preferred JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean assigned rooms and stock with required amenitiesRemove linen, trash and any items left behindClean kitchen and bathrooms, make beds, sweep/mop/vacuum floors, clean windows, dust furnitureStock housekeeping closets and cartsRespond to guest requestsReport guest concerns to management and respond in a professional mannerReport any missing items or damageImmediately turn in to manager all lost and found itemsFollow up at the end of every shift to ensure all necessary work is completedAdditional duties may be added if necessary THE BENEFITS AND PERKS At Solitude Mountain Resort, we offer a variety of employee benefits!
