Job Description:
The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual
to support our Salt Lake City, UT office as a -Customer Relations
Specialist. -This position is perfect for those who thrive on
managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer
service. In addition to being an excellent support for our sales
force and management staffs, we are seeking a candidate with strong
business acumen. We have a positive and optimistic culture, and are
looking to hire this type of person. -The candidate will be
required to think beyond the immediate scope of the job, and
understand the larger picture of the company. Duties:
- Manage internal aspects of customer accounts and coordinate
with customers, sales, and procurement
- Interact with customers via phone, email and chat
- Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues
- Order processing
- Follow-up and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer
inquiries
- Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and
