Share the vision, start the journey and join our amazing team. -About this job:Responsible for providing call center services by assisting internal and external callers in a professional and courteous manner. - Attend Shows and Events to generate leads. -What you will do:

Memorize Scripts -Assist office Manager with daily duties.Call all incoming 3rd party leads within 1 minute Assist in taking inbound calls.Setting up appointments for sales peopleCall for Reviews, Referrals and Repeat BusinessMonitor all lead sourcesMail outbound postcards to prospectsWork home shows & events outside of office to generate leads Record all interactions with our companies custom CRM software, Market Sharp. -Requirements:

High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1-2 years experience within a call center. Must demonstrate professional phone skills. Upbeat, Energetic, self motivated!Knowledge of computers creating and sending emails with attached documents etc.Proficient in Gsuite, Microsoft office.Effective oral/written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, multitasking, mathematical, computer and internet skills and telephone etiquette requiredStrong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills.Must be able to pay close attention to details.Competent working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and ExcelReliable Transportation, able to work M-F and Saturday/Sunday on occationd until 8:00 pm on a schedule -We Offer:Competitive pay and bonus incentives. - Bonus' will be based on Set Appointments after minimums are met.Depending on experience our starting hourly rate is $14-$18 per hour DOE -- PLUS bonus. -Powered by JazzHR
