Job Description:

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and auditing independent member online activity and member and customer purchasing activities as well as enforcing the company's Policies and Procedures and managing member and customer accounts. The specialist communicates with members, customers, and internal corporate colleagues, helping them understand and implement the company's policies. Essential Job Functions-- Works directly with Yoli members, their uplines, and upline leaders, to correct policy violations in a fair and timely manner.-- Communicates personally and in correspondence with members by answering their emails regarding compliance and account related questions.-- Works with members on a case-by-case basis to resolve concerns and educate on Yoli's Policies and Procedures document.-- Acts as initial point of contact for customer service, sales, events, and marketing relative to compliance issues.-- Actively monitors the internet for non-compliant materials, including websites, online sales, and unauthorized sales tools.-- Assists with monitoring programs and audits designed to detect suspicious transactions, fraud, and other possible violations of policies and procedures.-- Helps members with sponsorship changes, placement changes, and terminations within policy.-- Manages member account information including tax ID and name changes.-- Interprets and enforces refund policies including product returns and shipment claims.-- Develops and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures while innovating new ways to improve education and enforcement processes.-- Helps conduct annual review/edits of Yoli's Policies and Procedures.
