Teller / Consumer Loan Processor


Utah First Credit Union is seeking to add a full-time Teller / Consumer Loan Processor to the team at our Farmington, UT branch. This individual provides exceptional service and strives to improve our customers' financial lives by cross-selling products and services as well as producing loans. The schedule for this teller / consumer loan processor position falls within our branch hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM. Are you driven and innovative? We pay our Teller / Consumer Loan Processor a competitive base wage starting at $20 / hour, depending on experience, and a generous incentive pay structure for loan production. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TELLER / CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR


As a Teller / Consumer Loan Processor, you find it rewarding to generate consumer loans that benefit customers' lives. Your superb customer service skills allow you to build lasting relationships with our customers. You open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loan applications for customers. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet their needs and improve their financial well-being. Each month, you strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals.


Your Teller responsibilities include completing transactions for a variety of requests such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances. In addition to serving our customers in person, you also have the opportunity to interact with them over the phone. In every interaction, you are sure to provide exceptional customer experiences. To stay at the top of your game, you participate in individual and credit union training. You enjoy coming to work each day in our upbeat, fast-paced environment to help our customers achieve their financial goals.


QUALIFICATIONS


High school diploma or equivalent

18-years-old or older

Customer service and financial services experience

Experience in consumer lending

Cash handling experience
