This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Principal Engineer Systems Test--- 5 years of related experience with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.--- US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.--- Hands-on Integration and Test experience--- Experience creating Test Plans and Test Report writing--- Experience in the field supporting Test activities--- Ability to obtain CAM/EV certification and perform CAM dutiesSenior Principal Engineer Systems Test--- 9 years of related experience with Bachelors in Science; 7 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.--- US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.--- Hands-on Integration and Test experience--- Experience creating Test Plans and Test Report writing--- Experience in the field supporting Test activities--- Ability to obtain CAM/EV certification and perform CAM dutiesThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:--- Bachelor of Science or greater in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Physics, or Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) field of study--- US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.--- Experience with Testing for ICBM programs--- Laboratory facility design, including laboratory floor layouts, test hardware, test software, test stations, test sets, and network architectures--- Test Plan writing and costs estimation support--- Hardware/software requirements documents writing--- Hardware/software security requirements writing--- Laboratory integration and check-out--- Experience in Risk Reduction--- Experience in DoD or aerospace product development and manufacturing--- CAM/EV Qualification

Salary Range: $82,000 USD - $123,000 USDSalary Range 2: $101,600 USD - $152,400 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
