We care about the work we do and pride ourselves on safety, honesty, and quality work.Job Responsibilities:Daily invoicingVerify submission of field ticketsResolve customer billing and payment issuesProcess and record customer credit card paymentsMonthly customer statementCommunicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and past due balancesMaintains and update customer filesResponsible for AR emailOther duties as assignedQualifications:2 years' experience in accounts receivable or related functionIntermediate computer skillsIntermediate Excel and Word skills are requiredAccounting Software Experience (Quickbooks and/or Netsuites a plus)Must be a self-starter who can handle a heavy work volumeExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWilling and able to work some overtimeMaintain a positive and professional attitude toward customersAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyMust reliably commute to our Murray officeAttendance and punctuality are essentialPre-employment drug and alcohol test and background check are requiredSchedule:8:00 am -5:00 pm with overtime as neededThis is an in-office position, not approved for remote workBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental and vision insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceRetirement planQuarterly bonus
