Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer - Support
Systems Integration & Test in support of the Ground Based Strategic
Deterrent (GBSD) program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's
sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and
system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)
Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and
associated infrastructure. This position is located in Roy, UT.What
You'll Get To Do:Specific duties to include, but are not limited to
the following:Synthesizes contractual needs and requirements into
segment and element test solutions that acknowledge technical,
schedule and cost constraintsProvides technical oversight for the
development, preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans,
procedures and reports for support systemsReviews, evaluates, and
integrates verification requirements models in the Cameo MBSE tool
to insure completeness of segment test programPerforms technical
analysis of designs and prepares comprehensive evaluations of
testabilityThis position requires excellent communication,
mentoring, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with

schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a
nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday
off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Math (STEM) with 14 years' experience; 12 years'
experience with a Master's degree; or 9 years' experience with a
PhDMinimum 6 years of experience in test or test planningMinimum 8
years of experience in systems engineeringActive DoD Secret
clearance awarded or reviewed within the last 6 yearsMust be a U.S.
Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Special
Access Program (SAP) ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Proficient
with MBSE tools, including DOORS, Cameo, and JazzExperience with
validation and verification planning for hardware designsExperience
decomposing verification requirements from design
requirementsExperience with DoD support systems, logistics, or
maintenanceExperience with instrumentation planning and design
Salary Range: $139,000 USD - $208,600 USDEmployees may be eligible
for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses
are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
