Job Description:
Accounts Receivable Rep IWe are looking for individuals who make
the impossible, possible.As an Account Receivables Rep, is
responsible for processing account receivables in a timely manner,
track and record customer payments, enter data, maintain records
and create reports. - You need to demonstrate excellence in
customer satisfaction, have good analytical and communication
skills and be organized and detailed in financial tasks. -
Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors,
suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Gathers purchase
orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc., and prepares payments.
Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Has knowledge
of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established
guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under

Accounts ReceivableResponsibilities
Process accounts receivable in a
timely mannerTrack and record customer paymentsEnter data, maintain
records, and create reports Assist customers with payments and
questions related to accountsCall and email customers when needed
and work with internal team on processesWork with collection
company when necessaryFollow up with outstanding invoices or late
paying customers with email and/or phone callsCalculate and add
interest to invoices over a certain number of daysComplete tasks
related to special customer requestsMailing of invoices and
customer statementsCollection of daily payments and deposits in the
bankMatch up bank receipts from previous day deposits to
reconciliation reportsVerify that transactions are recorded in the
correct accountExecute additional fundamental bookkeeping tasks as
needed Perform other duties as assigned for the betterment of the
CompanyWork closely with all Sales Employees to ensure all new
account onboarding processes are followed -Requirements
Associates degree or higher, and/or
3-5 years of accounts receivable experience preferredProficiency
in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe requiredAccounting software
knowledge requiredStrong verbal and written communication
skillsStrong phone communication skillsAbility to collaborate with
team membersAbility to set and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task
projectsAbility to organize, follow through, and pay attention to

Part Time - hourlyDay Shift -
(Flexible, 20-30 hours per week)$15-19 pr hour (depending on
