Overview
The Project Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally
within Project Operations to help drive general pipeline projects,
manage escalated markets, build and enhance training & team
documentation, and support ad-hoc initiatives as needed. This
person will primarily work with our Pipeline Operations &
Escalations team, Utility Policy Specialist, and Project Operations
leadership.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Operations & Escalations
Handle regular pipeline reporting tasks and elicit necessary action
from SRM and Channel Partner orgs
Jump in to help route and solve complex project escalations on a
case-by-case basis
Leverage data (from Salesforce and other BI platforms) to expose
areas of opportunity and escalate throughput challenges
Complete other pipeline projects as requested
Utility Policy & Incentives
Support the Utility Policy Specialist on escalated markets and new
market research
Interact with external utility and/or rebate program contacts
effectively and diplomatically as a representative of Sunrun
Coordinate and communicate market changes with impacted teams
including, but not limited to: Project Coordination, Design
Engineering, Software Product Management, Business Development,
Retail, Accounting, and Channel Partners
Help manage and improve production reporting for incentive
programs
Support Partner Incentives teams to evaluate and secure incentive
value during asset purchases
Documentation & Admin
Develop, enhance, and maintain training materials for the project
operations team
Develop, enhance, and maintain documentation for team processes
Develop and perform Quality Assurance review for the project
operations team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Operational background desired
Must be a highly adaptable, self-directed, independent thinker
Acute awareness & ability to manage to deadlines
Propensity to follow through when faced with challenges, and drive
toward resolution
Highly organized and process oriented
Proficient with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with the ability to understand complex business
concepts
Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly
evolving business processes
Physical Demands
Ability to perform normal office duties
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and
determine accuracy of work
Ability to interact and participate in meeting

United States that warrant the compensation listed. Candidates in
locations outside this local area may have a different starting
salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$50,076.00 to $62,595.00
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based
on company and individual performance, short and long term
incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety

retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A
