THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION AT OUR SALT LAKE CITY, UT FACILITY

Firstsource currently has openings for individuals with supervisory experience.

The supervisor manages the day-to-day operation activities which includes delivering mailroom activities with a team of 20-25 direct reports. The mailroom supervisor oversees mailroom activities, including mail pickup from the post office, slicing open the mail, sorting, wanding tracking numbers, scanning, CD processing, electronic classification and data entry areas. Operation activities involve managing the key performance index such as quality and turnaround time reports.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of PC and applications.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to gather data, compile/analyze information, and prepare reports.
• Leadership capability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Strong employee development and performance management skills.
  High school diploma. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  
  1-2 years of previous experience as supervisor
