Responsibilities









Responsibilities include ensuring efficient processing of all warranty and damage claims. This position will serve as the initial contact with vendors for warranty claims.

• Accurately and efficiently process all warranty claims in accordance with company policies
• Processwarranty claims on a timely basis foreach dealer or OEM
• Processall warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Verifycriteria required by dealer or OEM
• Reconcileall warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
• File and maintainall service records as required by the warrantor.
