Job Description:

Great opportunity in Salt Lake City, Utah for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient setting with a wonderful organization.

Certified PMHNP or PA
All experience levels accepted
Mon-Fri 8a-5p - no remote must be in clinic
10-12 patients per day
1 hour evals with 30 min follow ups
Mental Health and substance abuse
School based to adult patients will be seen
Will function as an independent provider working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Must have UT license, have DEA, and able to prescribe meds by start
Mission driven folks looking to serve the community
Competitive salary with plenty of benefits and eligible for NHSC loan forgiveness, 35 PTO days after 1 year
