Permanent Contract Administrator to join our team. This position

and construction. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of
relevant experience and a strong understanding of document
management. Responsibilities:As a Contract Administrator, you will
be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract
administration within our organization. Your duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to
construction projects.
- Ensuring all contracts comply with local, state, and federal
laws and regulations.
- Managing and maintaining all contract documentation, ensuring
accuracy and completeness.
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
to address any contract-related issues or concerns.
- Providing guidance and advice on contract terms and legal
issues.
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure all contracts are
legally sound and protect the company's interests.
- Implementing contract management tools and processes to improve
efficiency.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in construction law and
regulations.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have the
following experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration,
preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction law and regulations.
- Experience in document management and maintaining contract
