How you'll help us win: -
- We are looking for an experienced global outsourcing and
offshoring executive to lead the growth of Aumni's multi-functional
international operations. You will report directly to Aumni's Chief
Operating Officer and will oversee and be responsible for the
entirety of Aumni's international operations. This includes
partnering with business leaders to build a long-term roadmap for
Aumni's outsourced labor & services needs and a strategy for how to
ensure seamless delivery of all international units' business
objectives. You will inform the vision for and ensure seamless
execution of the operating model, roadmap, objectives, key results
and KPIs for all of Aumni's international operations. You will work
within the broader Operations department as well as with a variety
of vertically and cross-functionally integrated stakeholders in
other departments to drive alignment in strategy, execution and
operational excellence. It's an exciting, unique role, combining
domestic and international partner relationships, collaboration
with many Aumni departments, process optimization, and performance
management. -
- The ultimate goal of this role is to build and manage Aumni's
international operations' infrastructure to ensure effective
delivery of services to the broader Aumni business and make us into
a world-class data and process-focused organization. -
- The role is inherently collaborative as well as grounded in
data and requires a varied set of skills spanning team management,
project management, analytical investigation, global workforce
management and offshoring operational strategic expertise. The
ability to thrive in a high growth, data-oriented and
entrepreneurial environment where strong problem solving skills and
the ability to juggle multiple priorities are a must. Having
exceptional interpersonal abilities as well as written and oral
communication skills, a 'get it done' attitude, and an innate
ability to connect with people and leave a positive impact are all
critical to this role. -
Your responsibilities will include: -
- Leading Aumni's multi-functional international business unit to
meet committed deliverables and on-demand requirements, as well as
to collaborate with other department leaders to implement
processes, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure
effective and consistent operations. -
- Assessing the efficacy and adequacy of all aspects of Aumni's
international business operations to maximize productivity and
quality in a business efficient manner, including reviewing &
identifying opportunities for using additional automation, machine
language learning and other relevant AI processes for operational
improvement. -
- Managing KPIs to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness
of completion and enable data driven decisions for an enhanced
customer experience. -
- Documenting and informing standards, guidelines, and metrics to
measure and communicate the teams' performance, ensuring that any
required Service Level Agreements (as defined by Aumni's business
units or customers) are clearly defined, tracked, and reported on,
including implementing needed improvements over time. -
- Creating an effective partnership with onshore
leads/stakeholders through proactive & effective communication
channels, business reviews, governance models, etc. -
- Strategizing and directing the design, development,
improvement, and governance of business intelligence systems,
programs, and services to meet Aumni's current and future needs.
Informing and analyzing Aumni's international operations' expenses,
headcount, efficiency ratios, and annual operating
budgets.
- Ensuring that international business operations are compliant
with local regulations and unit-support needs are being met. -
Required Skills: -
- Graduate Degree; MBA or other post graduate degree is a plus

- Minimum 10 years of experience in offshoring strategies and
overseeing international business operations with at least three
years of experience and a proven track record in a lead and/or
management role on an offshore team, preferably in a B2B Saas
environment
- Experience in global workforce management & capacity
planning
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as well as
build and maintain relationships with and influence, with all
levels of employees and executive management
- -Proactively drives critical thinking and seeks out best
practices, anticipates organizations' future needs and collaborates
on ideas with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
- Leadership and team management abilities, experience managing
across multiple locations a plus -
- Ability to adapt to changing environments; be technically savvy
and quick to learn new systems and applications
- Understanding of cultural differences and how they impact
business
- Strong project management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of various automation tools & AI/ML understanding
will be an added advantage
- Strong aptitude to distill complex data into simple, measurable
reports
- Expert knowledge of softwares including Excel, Powerpoint,
Word
- Working with local and remote teams using persistent
communications tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite)
- Bonus points if familiar with any of the following: Working
with teams based in the Philippines. Working with different
business intelligence and project management tools, including
Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, ClickUp and creating 4
cohesive pipelines between them
- -An understanding of the private capital markets. Experience in
a Series C or earlier emerging company and comfort with ambiguity
in a fast-growing startup.
