• Fun CultureJob DetailsResponsibilities:As a Permanent Revit Drafter, you will be responsible for:1. Creating and modifying detailed architectural drawings using Revit software, based on design specifications and project requirements.2. Collaborating with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and develop detailed, accurate design plans.3. Ensuring all designs adhere to established building codes and regulations.4. Participating in construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits to ensure construction aligns with design intent.5. Utilizing your knowledge of retail design to create innovative and functional spaces that meet client needs and expectations.6. Managing and coordinating with other team members to ensure all design elements are integrated and aligned.7. Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and design proposals.8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Revit software developments and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and the quality of your work.Qualifications:To be considered for the Permanent Revit Drafter position, you must possess the following:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in the Engineering industry.2. Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.3. Experience in construction administration, with a proven record of successfully managing construction projects from design to completion.4. Knowledge of retail design, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing retail spaces.5. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.6. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.8. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.9.
