Job Description:
A company is looking for a Navigation Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Research provider accessibility and appointments for members,
coordinating with the Navigation team
Coordinate internal and external logistics to streamline the member
experience
Accurately track and document actions taken and provide data
reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
Exposure to medical benefits is preferred
Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred
