Job Overview (What You'll Do):Cotopaxi's Product Team is seeking a driven, analytical, organized and communicative teammate to lead the physical and technological coordination of merchandise - samples, data and sales tools - through the go-to-market (GTM) process. The right person will be a vocal and respectful teammate, passionate problem solver, self-motivated and organized to be successful.This is an in-person role given the nature of product and sample organization and the high-touch needs within the office. This role will report into the Director of Product Project Management at Cotopaxi and will be in contact with Development, Merchandising, Design, Product Supply Chain, Sales, Creative, Logistics, Suppliers and DC teams very frequently.
Job Responsibilities:As the Product Coordinator, you will be at the epicenter of product Go-To-Market. Your role will fully own communication and coordination of key samples, processes and product data that will be critical to the success of each product season.Product Coordination Duties:

Own all sample management duties including ordering, tracking factory ship dates, on-time arrival, physical receiving of product, check-in, weighing and seasonal organization for each delivery.Coordinate intermittent sample distribution between the remote product team members and factories.Maintain accurate digital list and allocation of samples for each order in Excel and warehouse management system.Track samples by collaborating with the Development, Planning and Logistics teams for delivery.Execute sales orders for Product, Marketing and Creative teams within Netsuite.Coordinate allocation of sample orders across the organization to deliver and manage sample kits.Acquire and deliver samples to the creative team for photo shoot and marketing per the seasonal calendar milestones.Acquire and deliver samples to the sales team for sales presentationsTrack sample delivery to international regions, distributors, and other partners.Work closely with the Planning team for SKU management throughout the Go-To-Market process.Support the office storage and physical space needs to organize and store samples.Support sample end-of-life process (donation, employee sale, etc.).Administrative Duties
Manage the receiving and distribution of incoming mail and packages to co-workers and vendors.Miscellaneous office work to include: ordering office supplies, managing storage solutions, etc.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Product Project Management.The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):
Located in the Salt Lake City area and willing and able to commute to the downtown office on a regular basis.Exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.Exemplary organizational and detail-oriented approach to efficiently handle competing priorities.Ability to proactively find solutions, maintaining focus on achieving key deliverables.Excellent time management abilities to optimize productivity and meet deadlines effectively.Technologically savviness with the ability to quickly learn multiple systems for accurate data management.Strong Excel data management skills (build and manage large data sets and work within pivot tables) is a plus.A growth mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.Self-motivation and an inherent drive to succeed in this new position.A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the team and organization's success.
