Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the coding department
Monitor coders' work performance to ensure timely and accurate
coding
Assist with screening/hiring, training, development, and
performance management of coding staff
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field,
or equivalent experience
Three years of previous coding experience
Nationally recognized coding credential
Excellent command of coding classification systems
Ability to lead a team to a high level of performance
