with UTA as a Sr. Office Specialist -Supply Chain.As the Sr. Office
Specialist will:
- Assist and support the Director of Supply Chain, Procurement
Manager, and Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager with all
Supply Chain administrative functions.
- Monitor incoming purchase requisitions from requisitioners and
assigns work to buyers as appropriate.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for requisition questions and
issues.
- Perform the collection and distribution of change-day route
schedules to external customers.
- Administer the employee uniform allowance program with the
vendor.
- Facilitate P-card distribution, training, monitoring account
code accuracy, and administrative functions for card users.
- Create, update, and maintain department reports and graphs to
analyze data, utilizing pivot tables, complex formulas, and
formatting in MS Excel and/or PowerBI.
- Tracks and reviews department budget expenses for
accuracy.
- Administers Procurement on-line document storage.
- Identifies and implements improvements to gain efficiencies
throughout the department.
- Takes minutes and distributes information to department
employees and internal customers.
- Serves as initial point-of-contact to all internal customers
for purchasing related questions or issues.MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/TRAININGAssociates Degree in Business or
related field, or equivalent work experience. Course work in office
management, business administration, and clerical support
preferred. Type 40 words per minute. EXPERIENCEFour years in office
management with substantial experience in office coordination
between departments and multiple divisions. Experience with
computer-based inventory control systems. Must be well organized,
with analytical skills, and have the ability to identify issues and
problem-solve. Demonstrated ability to exercise resourcefulness and
initiative in accomplishing tasks. Demonstrated written and verbal
communication skills.Knowledge:

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
