Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scan-to-BIM Modeler
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver BIM products efficiently and accurately
Work on various building types and ensure model precision
Assist with BIM quality control and adherence to project
standards
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Revit experience in a working environment
Proficiency in Revit and BIM technology within AEC industry
Experience with Scan to BIM projects and different building
types
Ability to create Parametric Revit Families and apply LOD300
efficiently
Fluent English level with the ability to name building elements
accurately
