Commercial RooferAs a member of the Production Team, you and other members of a roofing crew are responsible for replacing existing roof systems and installing new roof systems on commercial buildings. -Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete the initial safety and technical training onboarding
• Demolition and removal of existing roofing material
• Loading and unloading roofing material and equipment
• Assisting the production crew with laying out material as needed
• Learning the basic technical details of various roof systems

    • 3+ Years of experience in Commercial Roofing
    • -Experienced with PVC, TPO, Sheet Metal, and Mod Bit Roofing details -Minimum Employment Requirements;
      • Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check
      • Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and complete a Post Hire fit for duty screening.
        Qualifications:
        • 45-55 Hour Work Weeks (OT not required but readily available)
        • Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance.
        • Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs.
        • Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors.
        • Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised.
        • Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set.
