We are seeking a skilled machinist to operate both manual and CNC machines for precision manufacturing. This role involves reading blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring high-quality production of metal and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.

Requirements:

Experience with manual machining and CNC operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of machining tools, speeds, and feeds.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
