Company OTR Drivers - Refrigerated Fleet * $975 to $1750 Weekly Average, depending on experience and production
* 6 to 9 days out, most resets at home
* $33 per month health insurance, $8 per month for dental, $4 per month for vision (How much are you paying for it right now? HOW MANY CPM IS THAT WORTH?)
* Paid Vacation
* 2800 to 3500 miles per week
* 85% drop and hook no-touch frieght
* Upgraded late model (2018 and newer) Frieghtliner, Peterbilt, and Kenworth
* Per Diem Pay for tax benefits

* Rider Policy The refrigerated and van fleet at Doug Andrus Distributing LLC primarly runs between Southeast Idaho, Washington State, Utah, and the midwestern states. The All-Stars in this fleet regularly hit 14,000 miles a month! Fleet average is 11,500 miles a month. We have the loads if you want to run! New To Industry? * $700 a week salary during 6 week training period
* Experienced professional trainers to mentor you
* Tuition reimbursement - $100 per month until paid off
