Job Description:

Primary Accountabilities : * Mechanical aptitude * Ability to read and interpret work orders to understand customer requirements * Supply feed section of equipment through Production Support with carton blanks enabling winder to maintain a continuous run * Perform quality checks as required * Ensure accurate quantities are packed * Report any quality issues or equipment defects to the line O perator * Apply labels to cases and palletize finished product * Obtain corrugated supplies/packaging materials form the staging areas * Report all safety and quality problems to the Operator, Department Lead, Manager or Quality Team * Communicate required information to fellow colleagues and M anager s * Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision * May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigne d Job Requirements:Job Requirements: * Prior General Laborer or Machine Operator experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred * Ability to read basic measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and tape measures * Strong leadership and the ability to take initiative * Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide hands-on training * Communicate with management team on efficiency and quality matters within department * Maintain good housekeeping on line by sweeping work area, clearing waste/debris and cleaning dust * Capable of performing other duties assigned by management as required
