JOB SUMMARYSGC is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient HR Generalist/Analyst to join our team. The HR Generalist/Analyst will support our core HR functions, providing a seamless employee experience from onboarding to off boarding and making automation enhancements. Reporting to the VP, HR, you will be a culture champion, and a partner to leadership on all things people related. Be ready to support a building team and culture and influence change across the company. No day will be the same as we build out our future state.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports employee training and development initiatives. Coordinates external resources to expand training offerings for employee development and manage the Learning Management Software system to provide employees with online competency based training
  • Works closely with Director of HRIS on report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and ensuring data integrity; supports system testing and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates and project manages all company compliance-related activities (policy and handbook updates and posters for online and physical locations); administers and monitors online compliance training
  • Project manages and administers employee engagement surveys. Coordinates the communication of survey results and works with teams on coordinating activities for engagement improvement
  • Manages all general employee communications content and distribution lists; maintains a monthly calendar of topics to communicate and provides ideas on what communications may support overall engagement
  • Generates ideas, plans, and coordinates all employee functions which include virtual meetings and minimal on site meetings and employee events
  • Assists in new hire orientation and onboarding activities through scheduling, engaging with new hires and ideating on new swag and how to stay connected to remote workers
  • Manages the off boarding process for employees leaving the company by communicating to the manager, and other departments such as IT and facilities. Completes the exit interview and summarizes results for HR and Management
  • Other Duties/Responsibilities as required
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 5+ years of HR experience, 2 of which encompass HRIS Analytics
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree
