Job DescriptionReady Alliance Group is a premier force in the emergency preparedness field and is seeking a Receiver/Reach Operator to join our expanding group of businesses.As a Reach Operator you will be responsible for operating forklifts to safely stock pallets.

• Operate HYUNDAI Reach Trucks
• Operate Walkie-RiderJob Responsibilities:
  • UNLOAD and RECEIVE inbound shipments (Raw Food ingredients/Dry goods)
  • Systematically and physically move inventory
  • Moves materials in and out of storage locations accurately and without damage to items.
  • Moves materials from staging and/or storage areas into trailers and/or other transport vehicles.
  • Stacks, machine wraps and stages materials.
  • Pulls and prepares materials for shipment.
  • Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
  • Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner per company policies.
  • Ability to perform in a high velocity high pace environment
  • Multi tasking is a MUST!
  • Sense of urgency to complete daily tasks and assignments is a MUST!
  • Ability to operate laptop and WMS (fishbowl, JDE Oracle, SAP)
  • Inventory management experience is a MUST!Job Qualifications
    • Experience: 2 years of forklift experience
    • Experience with Lantech stretch wrap machines
    • ABILITY TO WORK OVERTIME/WEEKENDS
    • Computer literacy (operating laptop and inventory software) is a MUST!
    • Experience with inventory transfer (physically and systematically)Skills
      • Safety conscious
      • Adaptable to busy environment
      • Attention to detail (unsafe pallets, proper wrapping etc)
      • Computer literacy
      • MUST HAVE WMS EXPERIENCE!
      • Positive attitude is a must
      • Initiative
      • Attention to detailShift:
        • Day (6:30 AM-3 PM, 8AM-4:30PM, 10AM-6:30PM)
