This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrence (GBSD) program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get To Do:The Quality Management System Analyst will develop, maintain and ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements, quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and conformance to product quality specifications requirements. They will provide guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations to assure compliance. They will work directly with operating entities to ensure continuing audits as specified, while meeting identified requirements at all times. They will ensure the quality assurance programs and policies pertaining to AOX Quality Management Systems is in accordance to AS9100 are maintained and reviewed regularly for compliance.

  • Perform Quality Management System (QMS) audits for GBSD: coordinate 3rd party audits for AS9100/CMMI/etc., manage the internal audit process, create audit reports, track and collect key performance indicators, assist with and monitor corrective actions.As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:

    • Employee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of professional related industry, or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
        • Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 5 years)
        • Experience planning and conducting internal audits;Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) systems
          • Root Cause and Corrective Action experience;
          • DoD program experience
            These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
            • Bachelor's degree in STEM, with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Operations, or Quality Systems
            • US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 5 years)
            • Certified AS9100 Lead Auditor
            • Experience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs
            • Five years' experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
            • Experience with document control process
            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
            • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
            • Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.
            • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplish them simultaneously.#GBSDintandtest

              Salary Range: $72,400 USD - $108,600 USD

              Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
