About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change
Consultant in support of Human Resource Change Effectiveness and
reporting to the Change Effectiveness Leader. For additional

Site at . In this role, you will:
- Provide change effectiveness consulting services to client
organizations.
- Lead multiple complex initiatives with broad change
impact.
- Lead with data, review and analyze complex larger-scale or
longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple
factors.
- Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands
implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause
analysis to evaluate areas for improvement
- Ensure visibility of change initiatives and impacts through
communication, collaboration, and engagement.
- Partner across Wells Fargo to define change effectiveness
strategies and lead them through execution and sustainment.
- Develop and implement mitigation techniques that drive adoption
and ensure sustainable change.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and drive
measurable change effectiveness.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and
managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement human-centered solutions
with a strong focus on impact to employees, managers, and
leaders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years leadership experience
- Change management certification (ex. CCMP, Prosci)
- Experience in Human Resources with proven knowledge and
understanding of exposure to variety of HR disciplines
- Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills,
with the ability provide analysis and make presentations to senior
leaders.
- Strategic consulting experience in translating leadership
vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Design thinking certification Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
