Embraces challenges and doesn't take "no" for an answer. Aware of surroundings and works to solve any current problems. 2. Motivated leader - Demonstrates "servant leader" qualities by working alongside team members in the trenches to help guarantee success. Knows how to build a strong team that works together in unison. Pushes urgency through proper training. Accessible to team members. 3. Forward thinker - Never comfortable in the present, constantly focused on the next goal. We just finished our 42,000 square foot production facility in Springville, Utah and it can make approximately 500,000 meals per week. That means we need about 40,000 customers to max out that facility. Interested in helping us get that done by September 2023? And that's just when the fun really gets rolling. • Has a fanatical focus on the metrics that drive cost-per-meal and output quality.
• Strong communicator who works alongside upper management to target issues head on.
• Ability to enforce health and safety precautions by educating team members.
• Guarantees uncompromising food standards - we produce the best entrees.
• Basically, what we need is a driven production manager who can do it all.
